The Sub region of Burleigh hugs the low terraces of the Taylor River. The soil profile is a combination of clay and silt soils. The area is a traditionally cool area and is more suited to light, fragrant pinot noir. The Mud House Sub region Pinot Rose is a salmon colour with aromas of strawberry and wild flowers on the nose. The palate is full of juicy cherry.
