Please come to the customer service desk & tell our supervisors that you have a Click & Collect order to pick up. Please have your appropriate ID (Passport or NZ Drivers Licence) with you if there is alcohol in the order.

Picton township through to Waikawa Bay.
Cutoffs are at the Wairau Road Elevation & the begining of Queen Charlotte Drive & the Waikawa council boat ramp

From Wairau Road outskirts of Picton township out to Koromiko Airport.

From Waikawa Bay council boat ramp though to Whatamango Bay.

Rural Delivery via NZ Post - Customer must arrange with NZ Post Rural Delivery driver directly to have their orders collected from Picton Freshchoice 6am the day the order is required.

Orders must be received by Picton FreshChoice before 10am the day before the order is required.

Mon & Thurs = Inner Sounds
Tues & Fri = Tory Channel
Wed & Sat = Endeavour Inlet (Not East Bay on Saturday)

Customers need to communicate with the Beachcomber Office and book their orders onto the appropriate boats & delivery time - then communicate this with Picton Freshchoice by adding delivery date,  boat & time

The 1 pm delivery slot is the new 'Anakiwi and Torea Bay - Kenepuru Rurals' run which will be active due to the recent floods where many Sounds residents have no or limited access.

Customers need to communicate with the above companies and book their orders onto the appropriate boats & delivery time - then communicate this on your order to us, please.

There is a ‘Special’ run which will be active due to the recent floods where many Sounds residents have no or limited access. If this is the run you require, this can be found under a new zone called the "Cougarline Water Taxi - Anakiwi Special Run"

The below company is a chartered service that you must book yourself. When placing your order please choose which day you would like and specify the time you have arranged with the taxi company in the picking notes so we can ensure your goods at the dock in time. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your water taxi booking time.

We are also able meet you at the Picton Ferry Terminal if you are being collected there by the water taxi. Please give us a call when the ferry is about to dock so we can meet you at the terminal entrance with your order.
